So in my dream I go through months of thinking I'm pregnant then told there's no baby, I find it so strange that I have this same dream, does anyone else have this?

I've had the same dream for years, probably twice a year, where I'm pregnant and I think I'm about 6 months but then I start to worry that I'm not getting a bump and go for a scan and they tell me I'm not pregnant?
