My husband does not do this and my own mom says I'm overreacting, haha.

Now that we live in a house where his bedroom is right beside mine, but I can't immediately see him if I open my eyes, I feel myself panicking and run to his room.

Then, we had a house where if I kept my bedroom door open, and left his open, I could easily look into his room and see that he was okay.

When he was first born, kept his crib right beside my bed until he got old enough for his own bed.

If I hear any noise while I'm sleeping, I run to his room to check on him.

I freak out thinking the house may catch on a fire, there may be an intruder, he may have stopped breathing, etc.
